3. Required Campaign Finance Disclosure

Illinois law (10 ILCS 5/9-10) requires political committees to publicly report the name, address, occupation, and employer of contributors whose donations exceed a statutory threshold in the aggregate. If you make a qualifying contribution, this information will be reported to the Illinois State Board of Elections and will become part of the public record. Every campaign email includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address, in compliance with the federal CAN-SPAM Act. You may unsubscribe at any time.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:

With service providers who help us operate the campaign (e.g., payment processors, email/text platforms, printers, and campaign vendors), who are contractually limited in how they may use your data
As required by Illinois campaign finance disclosure law (see Section 3)
With state or county party committees, coordinated campaigns, or allied organizations for get-out-the-vote purposes
If required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Committee

8. Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it.

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
